but seriously, (im not trying to hate or anything, just trying to help ya)
i was looking at your shot video (where you asked for help)
and i can tell your game isnt that great.. your dribbling form was off too, you look offbalance, and your shot form was to be honest, horrible. and amazingly with your vert, your barely getting any lift......whats up with that?!
now i know your trying to get your shot better, but your spending too much effort on vert, and its like impossible to do both at once and see gains.
if your really looking to get better in bball, then i would stop trying to gain vert for a while and just practice your skills.
it will be sad if you have that good a vert, but no skill behind it, because you have allot of potential. work on your point skills cause vert alone isnt gonna get you in college or nba, and you shouldnt wait till last minute to try to get some skill....
again, im not hatin, just trying to help ya.
