A.J.'s shot form
hey, well curtis's thread reminded me to put up a vid of me shooting.
my shot feels pretty good and im a pretty good shooter but when i watch it my shot looks a bit funny, like my elbow looks weird, any tips on how to fix?

Your elbow looks fine. You use your legs well. Make sure the index and the little fingers are the last to touch the ball as it leaves your hand. This tip helped me a lot on not missing left or right. And on the last two shot I think you left foot is not pointing to the goal. This could also lead to a miss to the left. Could be mistaking about your footwork though.

looks fine to me, just maybe bend your legs to get a little bit more elevation on your jumpshot. one other thing is that its hard to tell if you are getting good rotation on your shot from that vid.

To me, it looks like your elbow starts a little bit too far inside, your feet are pointed outward, and you aren't getting lift on your jumper. But hey, it goes in, and isn't that the whole point? |

yeh no point jumpshooting if you only get 2 inches off the ground, i need to practice my elevation as well
