Thats a fair effort for a 13 yr old, I know i wasnt dunking til i was 15, but i spose I was only 5'6 - 5'7 as a 13 yr old lol.

I know u say u have a 7'7 reach and u can touch 10'8(which is 37" not 35" haha) but yeah maybe wanna re-check that.

Assuming u are 6'1 then u would be getting ur head around the 9ft mark when jumping ur highest, but u look at least 18" below the ring which brings u back to around 29" which is more believable.

Look man, every time i measure my reach it is the same. I reach the same as most of my 5,9 friends damn it! My vert didn't look high becuz of the angle, you will see how high i can get next time...
And of course i didn't jump my max, the reasons are becuz i played ball before that and i also had/and still have a bad calf injury...

I learned 2 palm the ball very well, and i get about 8 inches MAX over...
