Default VJB Workout

i recorded mine and liams whole workout today, there both VJB programs and these were both workout B.

Im really sorry the vids so long haha, i included every rep/set except for 2 of the ghr sets since they were 45 seconds and 1 of the romanian deadlift sets.

This is how we get our vjb workouts done! Liam aint bad for only 1 month experience weight training aye? haha, (hes trained by me) lolol.

Enjoy, any compliments, suggestions, advice, contructive criticism would of course be greatly appreciated

Wow, what's your vertical. It looked like you were really getting up on those box jumps.

yeah its fun, now that i can record this stuff, i know what im doing wrong thanks to other ppls advice so ima fix it next week, my current vjb workout has up to 8 excercises in 1 day, i think its 6 or 7 atm tho. Its a mixture of plyometrics and weights. the order there done in is the same as i did in the video.

hey u goto fittness first 2!

great idea to upload ya training on video man

i should do this wif begginer plyo's,ill hav to borrow a freinds cam tho it cant record much vidoe long.

remember wif split squats/lunges to do the weaker leg first.

if u can lentghen your lunge it could help, but the spacing is ok as it is.

stay focused,stretch regulary,eat healthy and u will c results

btw do u do upper body?

You got some pretty nice hops man!
One thing you might want to change a little is split squats, you probably need to go a little lower. It'll be hard at first but it'll be worth it.
Keep it up and Gl.

heh, yah i know what i need to fix for next week, so ill prolly record the same workout either this week or next so i can show every1 i fixed the shit. my faults for that workout were:

Split squats: didnt go low enough coz the bench was to close.
Power Skipping: i need to learn to do a split arm swing rather then a double one
Box squats: go 1/2 instead of 1/4,
1 leg speed hops (bounding): split the arms, and use them more.

ryano i do upper body but the days i do it the gym ios crowded (monday, wednesday) i dont want the cam to get stolen + im much weaker upper body. in the next couple of weeks i might record my deadlift and my friends squat to check form, and then ill record 142kg for sets on the last week which is about 2.1x bodyweight?
