Default My Jumps/Dunks at home

Finally got the cable to link the cam up to the computer! so ull prolly be seeing some more vids from me soon, heres a vid of me just stuffing around, i had a high CNS day so im nowhere near my best as u can probably tell.

All jumps were on 10'-10'1 except for the jump with my head, that and all the dunks were on 9'1.5, Thats the highest i can do those dunks on so they look a bit (expletive) in terms of tehcnique ;/ Enjoy!

yah, that hoop is the same 1 as i was jumping/dunking on in the first vid, , its the same as a.j.ings, last time i recorded my verts was after 1 weeks rest of last program.

Running right leg vert: 37-38 inches
running 2 legged vet: 35 inches~
running left legged vert: 33-34 inches
Standing vert: 30-32 inches.

Btw i recorded my whole vjb workout today so ill upload it soon, so you guys can see how i get it done. I was also nice enough to record an instructional video on how to do manual Ghrs unassisted, assisted and with weight.
