Default "Ouch, my Toe"?

I am not sure if you guys remember, but a few weeks ago I supposely broke a toe. Well, I went to the doc..And woot! I didnt!
The funny thing is what he said..He was like, "This happened because of over tension (or wtv) Have you run or walked too much lately?"
Then I remembered that this happened during the time I was training alot because it was holidays. I guess this happened because I was shooting something like 300-500 shots a day, plus working out and doing agility training.

Well, I give you guys another reason on why over training is so bad for you. It will screw your bones, tendons and ligaments up! CAREFUL AIR ALERTERS AND ALL YOU OTHER TRAINING FREAKS(lol)!

Oh, and the doc said that with medicine and ice, I will be good in 3 days, as opposed to a full month! Thank you, God! :]

Disclaimer: I never did air alert in my life, but it seems like over training.. Soo..ye lol

EDIT: Move this topic! Posted in wrong place xD
