hey i got the same ring but i never lower it from the 10ft, me an my dad nearly bent the pin that keeps it in place so now we dont move it . u gotta put the rim a little higher than that though so u have to jump more.

That new "no name" move you did pretty cool...you look like your made of rubber :P...
btw. I did the variation of it in my 1st mix remember, when i spin the ball and do a 360 spin the ball comes back and then i do that move...try it,very effective way 2 fuck up the D !
