This is my video of me doing a few dunks on a 10 foot hoop. I managed to do a Rock Da Cradle. On my first dunk if you pause it at the peak of my jump you will notice my arm is about halfway up the backboard which means my vertical leap on that jump would of been very good. Tell me what you think.

not bad

i have realise that operator was really tired haha

LOL HAHAHA!!! yeah it was a hot day and I'd been doing a fair few dunks before hand which really took it out of me lol.

Oh and would anyone have an idea when you pause it at the peak of my jump on my first dunk what my running vert would be? 35-36ish?

if your standing vertical is 29", NO WAY you could dunk of 2 feet on a 10 feet rim! How tall are you?

lol next time i go down to the local basketball stadium, for your piece of mind i will record myself dunking off two feet which I already have done there. I am almost 6 foot 1 by the way.

he's 6 foot. im not sure if the rim was exactly 10 foot, maybe just a lil lower...?

but still nice dunks.
