Arrow Rick Torbett's Shot Chart

Hey, I've been searching for the new better basketball better shooting video everywhere but still didn't find it but instead I actually found the shot chart made by Rick Torbett that's included in the video.

This chart focusses on your form and you're footwork, practice atleast 10 shots per step and then record your results.

P.S.In the chart when it says Frame the goal it means face the the basket.

OK! today i did this chart. i made 400 shots and scored 191. it`s 48%. it took me about 3 hrs.

Ya, one thing that's really helpful is that in games you can use the chart to your advantage by that I mean lets say your shot is off in a game and you don't have enough arc on your shot then you can use the chart as a reference to see what other things you did well for your form.For example, your 0-4 in a game your shots are short or long then go back to the chart and see what you were good at, lets say you were good at #1(wrist broken and facing the goal) then in a game concentrate on that motion(broken wrist and facing the goal) then your shots might start falling in and you're not worrying about your arc.I think when you're in a shooting slump go back to your chart and concentrate on the parts you were good at and you will get out of your shooting slump.

i didnt do that workout, i just shoot from different spots and try to make 300 shots a day.

takes me about 50 minutes
