well, i had old nike shox ups tb, and those shoes were amazing. well i was reading about shox and they said they could add a bit to your vertical. My shox were heavy and i always thought they were more comfortable. do they increase vert??

In a way, they do because they help spread/absorb impact and as they do that, the reduce fatigue and pressure on your legs. I guess you feeling less-fatigued and more comfortable does increase your vert, but it's more the protection it offers by absorbing the impact and returning energy.

I don't think they would because the shox are usually at the back, and you dont jump or usually even land on your heels

arent shox just like any other shoe? i never showed alikeing to them because their heels looked ugly had like holes in them, If they increase vert id like to try em

Well, sometimes shoes with high soles do increase your vertical jump don't you think so?

I think they do increase the vert because I've been wearing them A LOT lately and then I switched to very low shoes and feel like I jump much higher. I love them
