Default Nike shox/nike 180's

my friend told me that nike shox and possibly nike 180's cause knee damage because the heel is raised a lot higher than normal.

is there a confirmation or is this totally bogus??

Bogus, last year i had the shox elite, and air force 180's played the whole season in them. Marcus Camby/igadola/vince all wears shox. and Randy Foye wore the 180's your friend in my opinion was most likely wrong. p.s. 180's are so comfy

i don't think so because a footlocker employer told me that some shoes/insoles elevate your heels for more shock absorption.

I found the 180's incredibly narrow. I don't even think I have wide feet, but I couldn't play in them even after a few wears to loosen it up. So, I'd hesitate to get them if you have wide feet.

I would consider what your friend says bogus considering he has no reasoning to back up what he's saying. Whether a shoe fits well or not comes down to the shape of your own foot.

The 360's and 180's are really comfortable. I'm saying this because I actually have them. There the most comfortable shoes I've had by far.
