Im not sure what the arm sleeve do but the leg sleeves are for muscle compression, mabe its the same thing. DWade and Melo wear a McDavid Shooting sleeve which has a hexpad where their elbow is so its a bonus protection. But its definatly not to keep their shooting arm warmrm because DWade & Melo wear it on their left arm.
