The latest version of Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 works well, as well as DVD Fab.

you could download DVD Shrink from dvdshrink.org: FREE Backup Solution for your DVD movies!

It also shrinks the ISO so you can fit it onto a single, Single Layred DVD

It depends on how it is ripped onto your computer. If you ripped it as an .ISO file or into a folder like VIDEO_TS, you can burn them directly to a dvd using any dvd burning program (for example dvd decrypter), unless the file is too big. If you're going to put it onto a Dvd-r single layer then you will need to use Dvd Shrink to make it less than 4.7 GB. If you ripped the dvd onto your computer as a video file (.avi,.mov,.wmv,Etc.) then you will need a program such as ConvertXtoDvd to convert the video file into an ISO or VIDEO_TS folder that you can burn onto a Dvd.
