any way i have wanted to make this post a long time ago

as you may or may not know i used to have a site whear you could downlode programs
well thear are a vew programs that i want like

All your programs are taken from streetballebooks besides the masterclass. I know they are, because the aa4 you are giving on your site, is the one I typed up.

If you would like to PM me the masterclass, I will let it go. If you don't, I'm going to keep bringing this up every post, .


Also, Program 51 is on a dvd, so IDK if anyone would be able to share it unless they buy it and rip it. Jump Evolution has a limit to 1 IP I think.

guys i own streetballebooks and he is not a master member although we had these programs way before him he did not get them from us.

i also will with give you any program he said above plus more for any of these new ones i will even give away the vertical jump masterclass.

also there are about 40 members on streetballtalk.com with every program you mentioned above so you are not alone basketball4422.

I know the aa4 came from us, because I typed that file up. It was done by me, and I think it's the only one on the internet.

Either he got it off sbe, or someone on sbe was sharing our programs.

there is only 3 versions

air alert 1

air alert 2

air alert 3 + bonus like 6 week program or something.

anyways i will check

im just trying to get some programs i dont have i will give them to you redsox if you want as long a everytime i try to get a program stop claiming u have more when u dont know how many programs i have and i dont know how many programs u have

the air alert 3 + 6 week thing isnt air alert 3. It is just called air alert now, but I call it aa4. It has a different sets/rep scheme and the rest week is week 8.
