Naturally for anybody, it will be those ppl that annoy and disturb.
Ppl do annoy me and disturb me, they make me feel awful. It may be annoyed or sad. I say out to myself what my feeling wants to say, like "You fu*king bitch!" , "You son of a bitch!" , "Damn FUC*Er!" , "Too bad.." , "FU*KING BUTTHEAd." and much more. I find it makes me feel better. Like letting the steam they induce in me to flow out, more relaxed, ahhh... .
That's what my psychiatrist told me. This way of letting out anger helps prevent the anger to pent up and exploding into violence in me, like physically hurting the inducer, at least that's what he said. I feel it helps.
*I'm not sure whether this way has any dire consequences, like if the inducer heard it he may come and beat me up. I'm still giving this method of letting off steam a trial. U can also just keep posting here about ur problems as a way of letting off steam if it helps at all.

well all those ppl that think they are top shitt. we got some ppl at my school who act all big, are in gangs n shit, but are all talk. the only reason that no1 hits them is coz they got too many ppl on their side and u will get slashed
