I'm sorry that you and the other members had to lose some posts, and maybe some threads somewhere. But the admins aren't going to dig into your database to look for them. Just move on, and post 20 more constructive posts.

yeah but how can you know that the 20 posts that were deleted werent useful posts? And yeah posts get respect. Why dont we give the moderator responsability to a guy with 70 posts? because he didnt earned enough respect to be considered a true member. The more post you have, the more active you are, the more respect you get. Logic enough for you now? And i doubt someone will try to post 1000 posts just for the fun of it. If you post that much it means that you actually care about the site. And for gunhill, when you said you only care about the threads and not the posts,, you should know that in threads, there is posts made by members. So if you care about the threeads, it means that you do care about what people commented.

I got the mod job because I asked for it. It was like 2 years ago, and I didn't have that many posts. I think M-baller got the spot at 500 posts, but really, it wouldn't have mattered. If someone shown the right attitude, they would be a mod.

Post count doesn't give you respect. Or you and some other members would be giving me respect, and I don't see that.

ok as ben said post count= nothing.

all moderators now were great members that helped or also got a good testamonial from a super moderator.

if you can get a super moderators approval the administration team may give you the job if they also think you deserve it..

our next mods are going to be a.j.ing and ryano.

please dont fight with moderators.

A.J.ing is probably going to be a good mod. I don't see much of Ryano's posts or I just don't notice them much.

All members of streetballtalk the admins are currently updating the site to make it work better for us members. The site should be completely fixed by monday as we are waiting forthe service team to get everything done.

Im not sure im supposed to tell you this but the NBA section should be back soon although maybe not for a while as its the admins choice.
