Hi everyone.


I am hoping that there are quite a few ice hockey fans amongst you.

As many of you know The IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation) World Championship have started yesterday.(May 2-18 2008 Quebec City/Halifax Canada)

Every year there used to be an official message boards (on the IHWC.net - the official IIHF web site for the championships) where people from all participating countries could meet and discuss the games, but for the past two years there was too much flaming and spaming and no appointed moderators to stop it so the "jerks" (sorry) instead of appointing a few mods decided not to open them at all.

A few days ago, when it became clear that there will be no message boards I have created a forum in the exact style they used to be. Each participating country have their own forum and there is one general for all to share...
It is a huge success, we already have about 1005 posts and 79 registered members and they are registering as we speak but I still need to let more people know about it (and there's not much time as the championships only last for 2 weeks)


The advantage will be that we can moderate it our selfs and we won't tolerate trolls and flamers,
I am happy to make moderators from every country.......once people get to know each other they can suggest who is a serious poster.

So if anyone is interested in registering and posting there you are more than welcome. Please also let others (on other forums you visit - especially if hockey related) know about the site.
