first of all, we should make the registry harder, so if we perma ban them it would take a long time (and it would piss them off)

and we should make the perma ban feature available to the mods.....

just and idea...... make the sign up long.... and painful.

they can ban them by ip adrease but then all they have to do is use a proxy when sighing up

ok

1) most moderators here can perma ban.

2) i had ideas like a member can not post links in a thread until they either have 15 posts or 15 days active here.

i have many ideas of ways but i do not have the admin control panel to do this.

Those aren't options in our admin control panel. You'd need a custom upgrade to modify the sign-up process or limit user options by their post count or registration date.

as far as i know you should be able to add javascript into the admin cp.

unless you dont have full access.

15 day thing is good, but it would be bad for new members. what if they have a very urgean question.

15 posts is good. but if they really wanted 2 sell stuff, they would do 15 gay posts.

thier good but they can be worked aroundd

believe me no one is going to post 15 posts just to advertise there link believe me.

also new member can ask a questions, questions do not usually need to link off site and if they did they could do www.streetballtalk dot com
