Nope. But eating right will allow you to reach your maximum potential. There are things that will STUNT your growth, but not the opposite. I guess HGH & IGF-1, but no one is going to give you that.

being tall or short is a gift from god u may be tall or short or u may find urself pumped 10 cm suddenly like wat happened to me i was 180 and in 3 weeks i found myself 195 so u may be short but speedy so try to use ur short to play as guard if u want or anything

well, eating the right things helps, like good food, vegetables and salad and stuff. basicly getting all th right vitamins and minerals and stuff. milk can help, but wont make much of a difference. also try hanging from a pole for 10 minutes everyday. it decompresses the spine and helps to stretch it and can make u a few inches taller over time
