Unhappy osgood schalatters

well, recently my legs were hurting when i took shots bending my knees...... so i checked it out with the doctor and i got this condition called osgood schalatters
anybody had or has this position? can you guys tell me what to do with it?? thanks in advance

You'll be okay, I think... This site says it happens more often to kids that do running or jumping exercises. It says it will heal in time. Anyways here's the link

osgood schalatters is a bitch. I had mine for nearly 2 years in middle school and it kept me out of 25% of my games, and the ones i played in i wasnt 100%. Some days i couldnt even get out of bed.

and i do some martial arts crap that requires A LOT of my knee strength.... and my parents are like GO I DONT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE THIS COSTS MONEY!!

and it hurts like a mother........

yes i have this

i first started experiencing knee pains afta aa3 and then when i saw the doc he said go c a padiatrist(?)then he diagnosed me with it

it woz all good 4 a while afta i got ma insoles,and did some 'excersices'he told me to do

then it came bak afta like 3months,so i went 2 da physio and since they assessed me and got me to do some stretches ive been fine eva since

my problem is i gotta build up of unwanted muscle in the outa thigh,and that imbalance causes the knee pain,coz its pulling it out of line

so i gots 2 stretch and massage it like a bitch everyday to loosen it up.

-.-..... does that mean i have to massage it every day? its in the lower knee cap where the bump is........ it was really bad, but it has gotten better...a lil

well you should really get a physio or a gp to assess it....

it can be really different for each and every individual
