Yeah, that's what I thought. I mean I can't believe you can be taken to court for lobbing a snowball at someone.

Its humour for one person but say you got hit by a really hard snowball that had ice in it, im 90% sure you would kick the persons ass.

americans sue everyone,here in canada a woman was going to sue a tim hortons (a coffee place popular here ftw) bcuz her toungue got burnt by coffee,the sad thing is,she won and ended up getting a couple million off it,like come on,what do u expect,its coffee

my teacher told me it happened to McDonalds first an old lady sued McDonalds for a few million dollars. then every restaurant started putting "Hot" signs on their beverages

and yes it is stupid that woman is gonna sue the poor guy and it's gonna stay on his record and screw up his life... this could've been taken care off a lot easier....

yeh a lady sued Mcdonalds coz she spilled coffee on her lap when she drove out of the carpark and it spilt when she went over the speed hump

oh yeah it was mcdonalds..and i swear if someone orders coffee wouldnt you be smart enough to know its hot..all of the people i know dont even pay attention to those caution signs,its just common sense,but i guess ther are some ppl
