I've been smoking for years, even when I was a member of the Swimming team in High School. Well, it's really hard to quit though. Was able to stop smoking for a year and a half but I've been smoking over the past two years. Anyways, Im trying to quit smoking for good. Stopped for five days now, doesn't seem like much but for a nicotine addict like me, it's been hard.

i've been smoking over the past 4 years and i easily quit. im not smoking about one year right now (except weed and hookah lol)

i smoked cigs for a year and a half and i just recently successfully quit (4 months)....never smoked weed not down with that really

Well, I was able to quit....I mean stop for a year and a half........
I am trying to get it out of my system personally.
About weed, I still smoke it on certain occasions.
