i know what you mean, mine is not food-related:
like some days i just don't feel like doing workout even i suppose to (i did them anyway), maybe i have no hunger at all.
while after i watch some dunks or a dramatic nets win with a lot of passion, i feel like i'm full of energy and ready to work out, even at night (but i didn't work out though), i can feel my hunger for hte workout.
