Default How to be more aggressive.

at school i don't know why but i am not very aggressive or in basketball either. Like when i am under the hoop and i try to get the rebound i usually just kinda stand there in a big crowd of guys jumping to get it. I have always been like this even in 2-6 grade basketball. I am a good player but i don't know i just don't have much confidence.

Maybe you guys don't have enough hormones. Ha.

What I do, if I really need to get pumped up is slap myself in the face a few times. I really don't recommend this, but that's what I do.

lol,i used to b like tat it ws ma biggest problem,yer i do box to,but for me its different,i just got comfortable after a while,its all about getting in there man.

yeah thanx guys but for the ones that said football i've been playing tackle football since 5th grade and i am an awesome linebacker so that won't help

Lol, LIFT WEIGHTS for AGGRESSION of COURSE! It boosts testosterone and the stronger that you "think" you are compared to everybody else, the more aggressive you will be. I mean, let's say your a sophomore and your playing a game against your little brother's friends. Wouldn't you want to use your size to bang the crap out of them?

Also, the thing about football players I notice when they crossover to basketball is that they focus on hitting the other player and not putting the ball in the hoop. So in essence they neglect the finesse part of the game and expend too much energy checking the other guy.
