Default why all the hate

i gotta ask a question and im almost afraid of the answer

why all the hostility towards luke lowrey and tvp?

i know he may exagerate the results but so does every other program in the world. jumpsoles, strength shoes, air alert, tvp, vjb, they all exagerate.

i have done the whole tvp program before and followed it to the t and actually saw the kind of results that luke claims....luke says that you will not see these gains unless you follow the program to a t. and i know people say it is too much but he says its only for those that are extremely serious about imnproving....we all know that more work equals more results

i just want to know how many people have actually done it and followed it down to the very smallest thing as i did and what kind of results they got and why they feel it is not worthy

hostility? not really. people here just prefer VJB over TVP bcuz its simplier. however, "hosility" is definitely towards Air alert in this forum.

Vertical Jump Bible does not exaggerate results at all considering it does not give a guarantee like TVP does. The guy is full of himself.

I don't think people here hate Luke Lowrey and TVP. Some people here have actually tried it and have gotten results. I've seen get results form it as well, so I know it works. You do have to know that he does charge a ridiculous amount of money and a very confident and generous offer of money back plus a 100 dollars more. The thing is people just think that VJB is better than TVP. I have both but as a beginner, there was no way, my body can cope up if I follow TVP to a T. In other words, TVP is for advanced people who have done prior training or at the very least is fit enough to try it. VJB has a more systematic approach and caters to a variety of experience and fitness levels, though it is still cookie-cutter when it comes to the work-out.

In the end, they are all opinions, my friend and everyone is entitled to theirs.
People might not like TVP because of the price, of the demanding workout itself or because of Luke Lowrey but it's their opinion. In my opinion, people here hate Air Alert way way more than TVP. Furthermore, VJB and TVP are the most talked about programs here meaning more people here are using it or have at least tried to do the workout. You don't see the other "popular" vert programs being talked about as much so people don't hate it.

i realize its a whole lifestyle change and very pricey but isn't it worth it if you really wanna become a great ball player?...he doesn't say it is for beginners the first thing he says is "don't keep reading unless you are serious about increasing your vertical leap".....i see posts of peple sayong he is liar and all that but you can say the same for every jump program in the world
