Default participation in school

I have trouble talking in class. I talked in 4 classes last year, but it took me the whole year to do so. I wonder what are some ways to talk more. I want to, but it is so easy not to.

^That's true to a point. It's something you will have to take care of yourself. But you can have people help you. If your just shy around crowds, try talking more when your around your friends. If ya'll are just chillin or something bring something up and talk about it in front of them, take the lead. Get use to talking in front of people, even friends, and get use to answering questions in front of people. After that, It's all you.

What do you mean by 'talking in class'? Class participation or just chit chatting with your friends? Man just relax and open up yourself. If people don't talk to you, talk to them. If they're unresponsive, move on. Overcome your shyness
