Default When is a thread dead?

recently ive seen a few dead threads revived( by dead i mean 1 month old or more ) and i was thinking, when is a thread actually dead?

is their a time limit like 2 weeks or sumthin?

and if you have important info then i think u should revive it, but dont revive threads with users that arent on anymore....

i think one of the mods or pr should make like an unofficial time limit, like if a thread is dead for a couple months+ then it should be a rule for all newbies not to revive it....im only saying this cuz every week i usually see 2 or 3 new ppl reviving old threads .....

im kinda going nowhere with that, but i just want to no, when is a thread considered dead?......

i consider a thread older than 3 months old dead. if you have a question about an old thread topic make a new one and will will get to it. unless the thread has attracted interest like post your v2 pics.

and you may respond to sticky threads.

Just try to make sure that you don't ask a question that already has been answered in one of the dead threads.
