what is your training like every week?

I usually focus on doing aerobic exercises and also do lifting and try to increase my overall body strength.

All I do is VJB beginner plyos twice a week, and on those days I go to the weightroom and do novice weights and my own upper body workouts.

i bench press, push ups, and i run 2 miles a day

basketball basketball and MORE BASKETBALL lol thats all i do and i swim 5times a week...thats all i plan to do VJB soon(i have to read it first)
