Just go on your own pace and do everything correctly. That's how you'll get the most gains. Btw, I can bench 61 kg (134 lbs) once. I never tried maxing out on the curls.

yea true always do a weight with good form not bad form or it will mess u up later in life and sometimes permanately
i bench press 120 10 times im in the 9th grade is that bad? i dont really focus on bench pressing tho but i will start a weight training in the beginning of November as well as start VJB
