Default bruised knee ?

hey guys i hurt my knee and went to the doctor and they said i bruised my knee and i should be all good in 3-4 weeks and i was just wonder anything i can do to speed up the healing for my knee ???

Don't know anything you can do maybe just put ice on it might recover slightly faster and good luck on the recovery

how did you injure it in the first place?

i fell like ten feet and my knee is so swollen my bones are outa place cuz of all the cartladge and tendeons are messed right up
