hav a warmup song that gets u pumped and listen to it before u play. just make it a good bouncy pum up song lyk eye of the tiger or sumtin or watch a crazy kobe mix, anything lyk that and just be aggressive so that every time u watch that video or listen to that song u are aggressive and ready to win

ATTACK, if you're driving and someone is trying go for a charge instead of pulling up for a shot runover them, that always gets your intentions threw to the other team meaning you're not afraid of driving+dunking on somebody or getting your shot blocked.

confidence is everything in basketball. i find that when i am confident in a basktball game things just slow down for me and im a lot better player. unfortunately i didnt figure how to keep myself relaxed until about two years ago.. but u still have time

be confident. dont be afraid to get blocked. some small guys wont try to drive it coz the big guy might swat em so they take a shot. u gotta not be afraid to get blocked and go for a drive. if u get pissed off dont try and do everything and be angry, u will screw up. just play ur natural games and dont be afraid to bump the other team, make em shit scared of u
