I will give you a scenario of what spam is

some one signs up under the name of "Viagraisgreat"

he posts advertisement of viagra in every section and leaves and never comes back.

That is spam, the only spam possible in off topic is the one i said above. Not threads about videos in the OFF TOPIC SECTION

Also do you know why you lock threads? You lock threads when trolls and making a post go way to far, example: posting nudity,

So Stop deleting/locking every thread.

Every time people want to make threads they have to think if you think its will be spam. All the new threads have the words " please dont say it spam" or " please dont delete"

lol..... i learned that u really hat3 me. gfu, but i will cont 2 close threads that r USLESS, POINTLESS, GOIN NOWHERE, CONTAIN FLAMN/HATIN OF ANY FORM, REGARDLESS OF IF U THINK IS SPAM.

if you have a problem with a thread i closed tell me and i might reconsider, as pr said in a post this forum is for streetball, it doesnt say anywhere its a place to argue, and insult people, im doing my best to only close what is absolutely neccesary, everything i close i think i closed it for a good reason. even though all the help the moderators have given you you continue to disrespect us for doing the right things, i will continue what i do despite your negative comments.
