i found it 1 day after i bought VJB, i typed in vertical jump bible and searched it and the link under said streetballtalk.com, i decided i would look at that after i bought vjb...the next day i realized that i shudnt have bought it cuz every1 here is giving it out lol..either way it turned out to be not so bad bcuz im gaining inches in my vert and i actually have something to do other than bball and video games...Oh yea i just noticed that ur thread is called How did you find STB, it shud be SBT lol

Standing Reach: 7ft 9.5 (without shoes)
Wing Span: 6ft 3
After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30
Starting Novice Weights + Upperbody
