nah, there was a site with Splapp-me-do (I don't know if it still up) but those guys all had logic with almost every single question.
Many are from different flash cartoons, maybe even a semi-inside joke, but a lot of them are solvable.

i dont believe it... half the questions dont make sense and i just got really lucky on some of them when i guessed. like there was the question with the cities name and there were like 7 choices. i believe it was number 26. the answer was Arsefacey

i clicked it first because it was the stupidest name.

Believe it or not, it's true lol
The question you're referring to makes perfect sense and it is one of the more straightforward ones. Arsefacey is the only city that really doesn't exist in the world. The other cities are real places.
