hez in dat new rushhour 3 film

Runnin vert: 25 (never trained before)
Standing Reach: 7ft 9.5 (without shoes)
Wing Span: 6ft 3
After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30
Starting Novice Weights + Upperbody

yea he can. but he doesn't have really good skills and he needs to improve his upperbody.

you guys dont get it... being tall will only get you so far. if tallness is all you need for bball then anyone can get into NBA.

the thing is Vertical Jump, Jump shots, and your overall knowledge of the game is way more important than being tall. AI is probably a lot of ppl's fav player and hes only 6ft but he can shoot over 7 footers no problem.

Yao Ming may be tall but he got blocked by Nate once. i am not saying height isnt important but it wil only get you so far in a game of bbal before you strat to suck

yea, my uncle woz always short till hes woz 21 or sumfin and now hes 6'5
it says im gonna be bout 6'2 but its not that accurate. im gonna do this growth thingy that says u can gain 2-3 inches in 7 weeks

im 15 and 5'8 and it says i will only grow to 5'10 ,this sucks cos alot my friends who are the same age as me are already like 6'2 and still growing!.
Im still gonna dunk one day even if i don`t grow an other millimeter!
