grow taller
hey, i found this site on growing taller, it has a lot of free tips and ways to grow taller naturally.

does any1 hav one of the ones that u pay for or could download one. im supposed to be 6'1 to 6'2 but i want to be 6'4 to 6'5.
im 14 in 3 months and am almost 5'7. thx.

calm down, dipset. anyway, i think height is 15% nutrition and 85% genetics. u can't do much about it.

yeah i think ur pretty close, but 15% is still alot. i also think some of it has 2 do with exercise and posture and how u take care of yourself

Just eat healthy, drink plenty and be active. Thats basically all you need to reach your height potential. After doing those three things any other extra things you can think of may get you say one inch, but whats the point doing something extra for years when u only get one inch, neerly all height increase programs are scams. They all say that the program will only have any effect if done with healthy eating and excercise, when thats whats getting you the height gains anyways...

yeah from what i have heard but it can be very expensive and hard 2 get. doctors usually prescribe it when there is a deficiency

that site is ok, I use increaseheightforum.com bunch of people who help you make a routine and stuff its cool.
