Freewebs.com problem

I can´t open those sites. I´m not at home, I´m in Germany, and I dont speka geman. I dont have a clue what should i do to stop this security shit and go through.
Anybody? Some answers

i havent a clue, change the language to english, also shut off the firewall if they have one, it shouldnt be blocking this site.

I managed to get there. Whole Windows are in german, but i did sth, i hope it will last.
