he might have gone on vacation, or he might have relatives at his house and has to keep them company, also he could be on a basketball team and want to have good chemistry with them and practice alot

lol use speed hack, even tho i got fast connection, speed hack speeds up your comp by about 2 times.

speederXP and Speed Gear are good.
