Yeah man i feel u!!! it sucks, i am like a spectator looking in. i know its a deram but i cant control what i do! i was only able to control it once and that swhne i flew. i just cant do it anymore, i deram a lot and its driving me crazy the way i cant do anyhting about it!

sometimes teh dream gets so good that i just wish it was real and take over... :\

And that's normal because your brain doesn't know you're in a dream..


In real life you wouldn't think about controlling your life the way you want would ya?


The trick to that is called reality checks, there are easy ones that you can do throughout the day that will help you become conscious in dream..

My favorite is just poking the palm of your hand, and realising that if your finger doesnt go through your hand, your not dreaming...Do this a few times a day..Do this whenever something weird happens..Just do it like that, no need to say it out loud or whatever, just poke your palm and think ''Did my finger go through, yes or no, am I in a dream yes or no''

After a week of doing that you'll do it in your dreams too haha.

Cool, but when i am actaully dreaming, its all very fuzzy, like i cant seem to see everything, its like when your periphial vision has been fuzzed, all i can see or remmber in dreams are very fuzzy, thats probably why i cant control them

My dreams are fuzzy and tehy would always jump from one to antoher and never remain constant

If you had watched "NA RUBU ZNANOSTI" or "ON THE EDGE OF SCIENCE"- it is a scientific show, no, not show, i don´t know the word for it, like documentary, but talking and testimonials included. About lucid dreams, awesome..
