When you realise you are in a dream..You need to calm down, the best trick I can give you is to look at your hands (In the dream)..I don't know why, but it's a trick lucid dreamers have been using for awhile...


Also most people that don't try to have Lucid dreams usually have em in the morning, in their REM phase..Your rooms starts to let the light in, and you start to wake up but you're still in a dream..And it's usually a matter of seconds between the moment you realise you're having a lucid dream, and when you open your eyes..

You'll realise that usually when that happens..It's the morning

Your right! i do have lucid dreams in teh morning a lot! i had like couple of them in the past months and i think i only had one dream wher i was able to control it really well. that was when i flied, even then it was limited and i couldnt fly that fast because somewhere in my conscious mind its telling me what i am doing is impossible and i then wake up.

i really want to control one really well :P

Dam, This is interesting. I had a dream where I had a million dollars and it seemed SOOO REAL, I woke up and said "Noooooooooooooooooooooooo". Dam it was a good one.

haha i had a dream last nite dat da and1 crew was playin pickup ball rite across da street frum ma houze...lol...even tho der isnt a basketball court there.....lol i wanted to play sooooo badley i cudnt cuz fo sum reazon i had to cut the grass at ma skool......lmao....den da proffessor came and told me to cum play in da game cuz the competition sucked and i was da only reel good balla round ma area...lol by the time i finally got permission to go...i woke up....dam!!!!! i wudve skooled dem all.....lmao....jkz jkz

I dont think it works like that, i mean i dont think you can teleport or change the atmosphere at will.

I also noticed and remembered something, whenever i get in trouble and then i sleep, i tend to dream more often.

I just had another dream last night, it was gay! Like I knew i was dreaming but i just cant control what i was doing! It was like i was a speculator looking down at my dream but cant do anything to change the outcome
