1. Yes and No...It's really hard (Almost impossible) To spend the entire night doing lucid dreams but if you could, it would lower the deepness of your sleep yes..I don't have any problems with this though.
2. It depends, There are methods to induce yourself lucid dream, if you do the methods you can almost do it every night but it's really really hard..Some people are more naturally gifted to do that...I usually have one or two lucid dreams a week when I don't try to.
3. I've had so many cool dreams man..The hard thing when you first start to lucid dream is that you get too excited when you realise you're actually dreaming and you can do whatever you want, and you usually end up waking up, but when you control that excitment you can do soooooooooooo much stuff..it's like a second life..
One time I dreamed that I was invisible, and I would sneak in everywhere ahaha..It was so cool...I would enter people's houses and just have fun.
Also flying is really cool
