should we drink milk?
in tvp, luke lowrey states that STAY AWAY FROM MILK!:

Let's get something straight right now, milk, in it's pure form, can be good. And even then, that's nothing absolute.
No other living being continues consuming milk past infancy, why should we? Milk does not help calcium absorption, in fact it hinders it. The lactose and pasteurization process that milk undergoes often means that the calcium found in milk cannot be absorbed by the human body.
The cows that major milk products comes from are often disease-ridden, disgusting and chemically-pumped monsters.
The legal limit for white cell allowance in milk is ridiculously high.
So what do white cells have to do with it?

i'm pretty sure some of what he said are true, but the fact is calcium and Vitamin D in milk do help growing. so, should we drink milk? please comment.
