actually i dont make that much money yet, and my clients do care about what i say. you guys are full of yourself , thats for sure. you 2 probably dont have a life to say anyways you 2 probably go and play basketball with the little kids and get your ass kicked by them. i really have nothing to prove to you guys. my life proves it to you, how many personal trainers do you know with a 50 inch vertical, and ill post the vid when i get time not when your waiting for some little boys to visit you.

Woah, Dipset and benjaminlibl why are you having a go at Redsoxfan?

If it weren't for him and rangerid i dont think many people on this site would be gaining as much vert as they are now, thats for sure.

And also, if Redsoxfan weren't here who would i be able to ask about what sort of conditioning i could do to help increase my vert further. Dipset why are ya calling him all 'smart'? He's supposed to be, its in his job to help people get better. So hes gonna know a lot isn't he.

I haven't been on this forum for long, but it looks like Redsoxfan has given more help to us than you two have.

And anyway, isn't this thread supposed to be about how to grow taller. Might i suggest the rack
