ok i know more on this subject then you, yes you can grow taller by stretching, yes you must stretch your spine on the back and yes this will help you get taller, sprinting swimming, kiching this will help make legs longer, calf raises, make achillis tendon and calves longer, it is not all in the genes, just like the vertical jump people think you have to be born with a lot of fast twitch muscle fibers that is not true anybody can increase there vertical just like height.
