nah lol dont bother asking teachers about health and weight training. i learned it the hard way. i asked my coach about weight traiing and he said you should train hard all the time 6 days a week lol...
i reckon teachers dont know what they are talking about beacuse the stuffs they have learned in school arre old now and more discoveries are made.
