This site and avatars limitation

This site limits avatar to only 19.5kb or 120x120 pixels which is really annoying in my opinion cuz i cant upload my gif which is 490kb... its really annoying...

No it's not,

Some people don't have high speed internet connections, have if everyone was going to put up animated gifs like that it would make the forum alot slower.
