They have an Inno Sports Program thing, but it costs $100.00
The shapefit.com website is a little more helpful in my opinion.

There is always www.crossfit.com but there's nothing new there.
I don't know any sites like, erm, the ones rangerid is into, if you get me

cool thx i will add it. i am no longer that into warez and download related forums. that was my obessesion last year before i started playin basketball.

now i just use my past knowledge to help my bball skills like gettin all trainin vids and ebooks for free :P I dont ever regret knowing what i know cuz its really helped...if you know waht i mean.
