Default Sprained ankle

well, i sprained my ankle last wednesday, it wasnt that bad but i havnet balled for nearly 2 weeks now, the swelling has really nearly gone down to nothing but thers still a bit and it still hurts tho at some areas. ive been to a physio once and she told me to do some exercises and what not and im doing it.

ive actually got a prelim finals game this tuesday n if i dont play i dont think my team will really have a good chance at winning and if we lose were out but i know we can win the finals. im going bakc 2 physio 2morow and she'll see if i can play or not. ive also got a school bball thing this thursday and school training tuesday

anyone have past experiences( how long it take u 2 be able to play again), advice for me in getting my ankle back into shape?

hopefulyl swelling goes down soon and im gonna be continuing the exercises.

yeah i really dont want to play but i want to aswell, im going 2 physio tomrow tho and if she says i can play i will but im not goign to play intensely im prob just gonna play half the game or something and bench the rest. im thinking the swelling might disapear 2morow so it will only hurt a bit. btw it doesnt really hurt when i run or walk its just when i press certain spots with pressure.
