U may choose to do VJB bodyweight if 16 and below aren't supposed to do weights.
I've just seen a little sample of Nike Sparq(
SPARQ | SPARQ Training) and it doesn't look exactly like any of the vjb plyos, bodyweight or weights.
It may be plyos. There may be some bodyweight training incorporated into it. It may be dynamic stretching or AIS stretching.
U can try to find out urself how good is the Nike Sparq. There's the trainer locater thing in their website to find ur local trainer.
