20, 5'7, vert is around 33-35'' when all warmed up.

Can't squat my own body weight, i dont think. Actually, dont really know

Gonna start working out tuesday.

it says if you are doing weights to just do one set of each plyo.

Have you guys done this, or just done the regular amount?
